Terrell "Tu" Holloway (born August 21, 1989) is an American college basketball player. Holloway, a 6'0 point guard for the Xavier Musketeers, is the reigning Atlantic 10 Conference player of the year and was named to several All-America teams as a junior in 2010–11.

Holloway spent three years at Hempstead High School in Hempstead, New York, then transferred to Harmony Prep in Cincinnati.[1] Holloway originally committed to Indiana University, but opted to re-open his commitment following the resignation of coach Kelvin Sampson, eventually choosing Xavier University.[2]

Holloway was a part-time starter as a freshman, then took the starting point guard spot as a sophomore, playing alongside future NBA player Jordan Crawford. He averaged 12.1 points and 3.9 assists that year[1] and led the Musketeers to a 26-9 record and a share of the Atlantic 10 title.

Prior to his junior year, Holloway began using the nickname "Tu" exclusively.[3] The name change signalled a breakout year, as Holloway led the conference in assists (5.4 per game) and finished second in the league in scoring (19.7 points per game). He was selected as the Atlantic 10 player of the year as he led the Musketeers to another regular-season championship. Holloway was also the only player in NCAA Division I basketball player to record two triple-doubles during the season.[4] Holloway also received national recognition as he was named a third-team All-American by both the Associated Press,[5] Fox Sports,[6]and Sporting News magazine.[7]
